S. Szkabarnicki-Stuart, How Was Your Week, 2019, Archival Pigment Print, 24” x 30”, edition 7 of 10
Henderson Lee Gallery is excited to announce a group exhibition opening November 7th 2019 featuring the works of artists John Inglis, Vlad Spicanovic, and Sage Szkabarnicki-Stuart.
John Inglis held the Chair position for many years at Ontario College of Art (now known as OCADU) until his retirement. His paintings and limited edition archival pigment prints are a joyful celebration of nature.
Vlad Spicanovic has been Dean of Fine Art at OCAD University for the past ten years. Spicanovic’s artwork investigates the intersections of photography and painting and the notions of aesthetic perception, temporality and critical visual literacy.
Sage Szkabarnicki-Stuart is a young, rising star whose limited edition prints are mini dramas starring the artist whose unusual look at life is strangely surprising.
J. Inglis, Spring Peepers and Spawning Fish, 2019, Archival Pigment Print, 16” x 23”, edition 1 of 10
V. Spicanovic, Garments and Splendors, 2019, Chromira print on Aluminum Composite Panel, 52” x 20”, edition 1 of 6
Exhibition hours: 10 AM - 5 PM weekdays, with evening and weekend viewings available by appointment.
